| Production zone and exposure | The vines are located in the town of Prepotto, Province of Udine, at 160 m above sea level with an eastern exposure. |

| Soil Type | Grown in the Ronco area where the high percentage of clay (called ponca) and hillside exposition give the wines great depth, aroma and persistence. Yield is 7/8,000 kg per hectare. |

| Vinification | Destemming and pressing of the grapes followed by maceration with daily delestage. The malolactic fermentation is completed in wood. |

Other curiosities
The wine has an intense ruby red colour and full, robust bouquet width hints of cherry and raspberry. it has a rich body which is significantly refined during aging enrichingthe bouquet width pepper highlights. The flavour is dry, structured, zesty and fruity.
